Fleur is an executive recruiter and people consultant with 15 years’ experience helping startups, high-growth and established businesses find and build the leadership capability they need to grow. She was named RCSA Recruitment Professional of the Year in 2026. She leads many of Sprout’s executive and C-suite searches, bringing a consulting mindset to recruitment. Fleur works closely with founders, Boards and senior leaders to understand the business context – the strategy, growth plans, leadership dynamics and organisational needs. She uses this insight to shape roles, challenge briefs and understand what will make someone successful. Fleur has a strong network across New Zealand’s business community, spanning the startup and investment ecosystem through to privately owned and mid-market companies. She has particular experience across deep tech, climate tech, manufacturing and technology-enabled businesses. Alongside executive recruitment, her work includes organisational and role design, remuneration, DiSC facilitation and broader people strategy. Fleur genuinely loves recruitment and the opportunity to understand what businesses are trying to achieve and find people who can make a real difference.
