Lee Marshall is the Managing and Founding Partner of Hunter Campbell, leading a team of specialist recruiters focused on connecting outstanding talent with great businesses. With more than 19 years’ experience across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, Lee has built his career in accounting and finance recruitment, partnering with leading organisations on talent strategy, leadership succession and organisational development.
Passionate about developing future leaders and strengthening the finance community, Lee has spearheaded initiatives including the Future CFO, Future Finance Leaders and Next Directors programmes, as well as the Mood of the CFO survey and report. He has also established strong connections with Kiwi professionals overseas, helping them reconnect with career opportunities in New Zealand.
An active contributor to the recruitment and finance industries, Lee regularly MCs and facilitates industry events. He was named SEEK SARA Leader of the Year in 2023, RCSA Leader of the Year in 2022, and was recently appointed to the Board of INFINZ (Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand).
